COPYRIGHT:

All designs, ideas, and content including but not limited to text, artwork, structure, arrangement and coordination is owned by Ink to Paper. Any part of the content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed to other parties for reproduction without the written consent of Ink to Paper.

TERMS:

A 125.00 non-refundable design fee is required prior to the creation of any sample/mock-up product. A 50% deposit is required prior to the production of items ordered. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the stationary. Types of payment accepted are cash, check, money order or credit card.

CANCELLATION:

In the event that you must cancel your order the design fee if applicable and the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

PROOFS:

Ink to Paper will provide a proof of the invitation for you to review and sign for approval. Please review the proof thoroughly confirming that layout, choice of type style, wording, spelling, dates and punctuation are correct. Once the proof is approved Ink to Paper will not be responsible for errors and will not be able to accommodate design changes.

RETURNS:

If Ink to Paper has not meet the agreed upon terms in the proof approval of the design we will replace your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot accommodate returns for any other reason, as all sales are final.

SAMPLES/MOCK-UPS:

All samples/mock-ups are owned by Ink to Paper. Should you choose not to use our services, Ink to Paper retains all rights to the samples and the samples must be returned to the company.

RUSH ORDERS:

Rush orders are considered on an individual basis, after reviewing the details of the order. Ink to Paper will advise if the order can be completed within the sought after time frame. Additional costs are applicable for rush orders.
